When I contacted you about purchasing my first home I was not sure I could even afford to buy a house. You made the entire process very easy.
After having spoken with the mortgage broker you referred me to, I had a price range that allowed me to purchase a home and maintain the lifestyle I wanted. You listened to my list of wants and needs and found listings that you felt best matched my criteria. You had obviously done a lot of background hunting on each property so that you were very well versed on the types of homes and their histories. You were able to easily explain the architectural changes that had been made, along with structural concerns certain building styles possess. I felt very confident that by the time I narrowed it down to two homes, my decisions were justified by all the information you had gathered for me.
I decided on a home in Redondo Beach that had been recently renovated with new plumbing, a new kitchen, yard and a garage, which actually exceeded what I thought I might get for my money. You submitted my offer and were instrumental in securing, what I believe, was a better deal than I could have made myself. I walked away with more than expected once my offer had been accepted.
The next step was to secure the loans and sew up all the paperwork necessary to complete the transaction This is the part I feared most, between legalities, insurance, mortgages, etc. But Jenny and Dave held my hand all the way through it, and explained everything I was signing in layman's terms so that I was entirely comfortable and confident in my decisions. It really was that quick and easy.
Now I am happily residing in my new home, have painted and decorated and I could not be happier. Thank you, Jenny and Dave, for making it all so easy!
